You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any third party. ambo4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
All Account Balances on ambo4d are held and transacted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No foreign currency conversion is applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.

ambo4d will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with KYC verification partners, payment processors, fraud-detection services, and regulatory bodies where required by law or Platform operations.
ambo4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon closure of an Account for cause, any remaining Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, the Balance may be forfeited in its entirety. If Account closure is requested by the Player for personal reasons (not related to a breach), any verified real-money Balance will be returned via the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Closing your Account does not cancel any pending bets already placed; such bets will be settled according to normal rules and any resulting balance dealt with as described above.
ambo4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) calendar days before the revised terms take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request Account closure before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ambo4d's international operating licence is issued.
In the event of any dispute between you and ambo4d, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation by contacting ambo4d customer support. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days of written notice, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration conducted under internationally recognised arbitration rules.
Nothing in this clause prevents ambo4d from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or to prevent ongoing Platform misuse.
